All the stainless steel tube we supply is precision welded and redrawn multiple times to ensure a perfectly bonded seam that is cold worked to become completely uniform with the rest of the tube surface.

As our partners use both external and internal dies in their redrawing process, both the OD and ID have an immaculate surface finish with near perfect concentricity.

Depending on your requirements, we can offer tube in different hardnesses, from soft annealed, as drawn or Hard drawn.

We have multiple stainless steel grades available, but the most commonly used grades are AISI 304 or AISI 316L.

Quality Assurance

Premium Quality is the most important thing to us, and because of this all our partners are ISO 9001 compliant with internal quality control procedures in place.

All our tube is RoHS and REACH compliant, and all raw material used come from respected suppliers.

With each order we supply a Certificate of Conformity showing material chemical figures, dimensional accuracy as well as optional mechanical tests.

Logistics

We can provide full logistics support for shipping by Sea, Air or express anywhere in the world either CIF or DDU. If you prefer to arrange your own shipping this is also no problem, and we will liaise with your shipping company.

Lead Times

We offer very short lead times, anywhere from 14 – 30 days depending on size and quantity. We can also supply to a schedule with on-time in-full deliveries.
